CALGARY - 23 April, 2010 - Demonstrating a commitment to community involvement, Calgary-based VistaVu Solutions, a top North American reseller of SAP Business One, will be donating $20,000 to The Bea Fisher Centre to facilitate the purchase of a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Located in Lloydminster, AB, The Bea Fisher Centre provides individual-driven services for persons with developmental disabilities through educatino, support, and community collaboration. The Centre is a leader in innovative service delivery for persons with developmental disabilities in obtaining a successful, meaningful life. Through the Centre, clients are placed in valuable roles that enable them to serve the community in a way that best utilizes their unique skills and talents. Some fundamental components provided to clients of the Centre include the development of individual choices and rights, personal care, personal shopping, communication skills, and personal development. The Bea Fisher Centre is an active participating in oil and gas, and employes many of its clients in positions that support these industries, including the production of oil and gas sheds. "One of the major challenges we face is transporting our clients to their respective roles," said George Zaychkowsky, The Bea Fisher Centre. "Lloydminster does not have a public transit system, and our clients are often left without a reliable mode of transportation. This generous donation will allow us to purchase an accessible vehicle and as a result maximize the output of our clients within the community." The Bea Fisher Centre is also a SAP Business One customer, and a client of Vista Vu Solutions.
